We want you to be completely satisfied with your Omorovicza purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for products in their original, unused condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or tested.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our Customer Care team or visit our online returns portal with your order number and the email address used to place the order.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package the products in their original presentation box and outer shipping carton to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid return shipping label provided by our team to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous delivery labels are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
